Job Description
• As Asst. Manager - UX Design, you will drive the user experience for your business channel.
• You will actively contribute to discovery workshops, user research sessions while engaging with business, technology and other digital verticals (Analytics, Business Intelligence, Design Standards, etc.).
• You will translate requirements to creative UX concepts and generate the required assets (personas, journey maps, prototypes, design specifications, etc.).
• You will ensure compliance with organiation Standards & Practices and will actively contribute to company`s Global Design System while ensuring its compliance in your design engagements.
Requirements
• 7+ years focussed experience in the UX/UI design domain.
• Portfolio covering methodology and implementation
• UX skills - User research, persona + journey mapping, information architecture, low to high wireframing, interactive prototyping, moderated/unmoderated testing
• Experience in working with Design Systems and translating user journeys to visually detailed screens
• Preferred - Academic qualification or certifications in user experience, interaction design and allied fields
• Ability to work in UK/CE time-zone
• Software skills - Axure, Sketch, Invision and comparable tools
• Desirable - Prior experience of institutional finance solutions, working with global teams and stakeholders
