Opportunity with a Well established Indian multinational conglomerate company, with business interests in engineering, construction, manufacturing, technology, information technology and financial services and it is based out in Mumbai location.
Designation : Head (Corporate Finance & Domestic Banking)
Roles and Responsibilities -
1. You should be responsible for banking Facility Management (Working capital, short term liquidity, Cash Management, BG, Documentation, Compliances, Dashboard – MIS, Internal stakeholder management .
2. This role will be interacting with ICs in addition to large spread of banks and manage domestic banking requirements of Company .
3. Should have experience in Short-term liquidity and cash management.
4. Ensure bank documentation & compliances are completed on time
5. BG issuance TAT is maintained.
6. Responsible for RF/VF & any other supply chain finance solutions.
Experience : 8 to 14 years
Education : CA & MBA (Finance)
Location : Mumbai
- Should have good experience in Corporate Finance, Cash Management, Compliance, Documentation, Fund Raising etc.
