Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : -
• Conduct learning needs analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture
requirements across the organization.
• Conceptualize innovative and flexible methods to address developmental needs by crafting
learning programs/plans around leadership, functional and technical capabilities.
• Execute learning plan, including identification of external training programs and/or vendors,
co-design learning solution with internal or external partners and management of logistics/administration of program delivery.
• Manage LMS administration and learning program integration.
• Design and implement learning and development feedback and evaluation mechanisms.
• Track L&D related data and generating regular MIS reports as required.
• Monitor and evaluate L&D programs; making continuous improvements in the approach process and methods as appropriate.
• Introduce best practices and cutting edge solutions in current state design and delivery of
L&D programs.

Requirements

- Experience : 1-5 years from MBA (HR) from Tier 1 institute and hands-on experience as an L&D professional.
- Location : Gurgaon
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods, specifically for leadership and
functional learning programs.
