Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategy needs.
• Work with recruiting & background verification agencies.
• Assist in candidate screening and interviewing.
• Assist in new employee onboarding & orientation .
• Provide assistance with payroll procedures and activities .
• Identify staffing and recruiting KPIs.
• Prepare and present HRMIS reports.
• Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance, training.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including limited compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Assists in Events and Employee Engagement Activities.
• L&D assistance, feedback and analysis.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.

Requirements

Experience- 2 to 5 years
Location : Pune
Education : MBA (HR)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
