5G Solution Architect

Our client is an Indian multinational corporation that provides information technology, consultant and business process services.

Roles and Responsibilities :-
1. Solutioning of CSP Networks : Experience in understanding customer/business requirement coming from Communication Service provider across the globe (especially North America) on 5G RAN/ Core/ OSS/ NMS/ Platform / Network side and designing the solution as a system integrator both proactively as well as RFx lead pursuits..
2. End to End CSP Proposal Management - This includes end-to-end management of the deal pursuit process from qualification to closure including solution strategy & design, business-case preparation, estimation and commercial modelling, solution presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations. Effectively communicate and present the solution to the customer as part of first level conversations.
3. Business Development – Improving 5G sales by enabling sales organization with proactive solution pitches. Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers. Develop 5G market strategies by researching list of high-potential prospects. Replicating success of one account to other across the globe. Brining right partner ecosystem and driving end to end conversations with them. Drive offshore visits and workshops with customer.
4. Thought Leadership- With knowledge of 5G CSP networks and enterprise¸ should be able to write blogs¸ whitepaper and create PoVs for customer. Working closely with marketing team in managing and participating in brand promotion events (such as, Industry forums, Partnership forums, Analyst events). Bringing new ideas and thoughts that can give customer mind share. Working closely with Analysts to position uniquely.
Profile :-
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications/Engineering with experience in Telecom industry
• Experience of working as a system integrator for CSP networks.
• Very good understanding of 5G domain - which includes 5G ORAN¸ 5G Core¸ OSS¸ Network Service Assurance¸ Data plane¸ Control plane¸ Network Slicing¸ 5G Cloud Network functions.
• Experience in end to end management of RFx and proactive proposal in 5G space for CSPs/ NEPs or Enterprise customer.
• Business and Telecom Technology Knowledge: Emerging business model¸ understanding of market trends¸ changing landscape of CSPs¸NEPs and Enterprise. Telecom market trends, Emerging technologies. Very good understanding of 5G technology - 5G (ORAN¸MEC….) 5G for Enterprise (Private Networks¸ Use cases )
• Proven success in introducing new ideas and solutions to address critical business requirements in the Telecom space
• Proven success in writing whitepapers¸ blogs and bringing PoV
• Conceptual skills: able to perform in-depth systems analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships. Is able to analyze requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent presentation Skills. Experience in interacting with customers and showcasing capabilities.
