Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
• Develop Segmentation, Merchandizing and Incentive plan for onsite, email & SMS, to
achieve buyer goals
• Ensure quality acquisition, prevent churn proactively and increase reactivation rates
• Maintain FM mix of active buyer share by optimizing for net upward migration
Increase share of highly efficient marketing use cases through algo based targeting
• Optimize platform performance through continuous iteration and enhancing
capabilities

Requirements

-MBA degree mandatory (Top Premier B-schools)
