Job description

• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents including the drafting of general replies
• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
