Job description

Position:- Logistics Assistant Manager or Logistics Manager
Experience:- 5 - 10+ years
Education: B.COM

Job Responsibility:
•Establish new organization on logistics.
•Total logistics Management in new business project.
•Set up Logistics scheme for new business.
-Machinery import
-Raw Material Import.
-Packing Material specification
-Finished goods stock operation in Depot warehouse.
•(Quality Management, Stand operation procedure, Setting work flow)
•Strength and cooperation with Logistics Partner.
•Daily communication with Logistics partner for operation.
•Export-Import, Inland Transport operation.
•Handling custom clearance including custom duty
•Research Import-Export rule, Port regulation, law.

(Possibility to add in during the period)
•Logistics Systems, Warehouse management system, ERP
•In-plant(In-House) Logistics.
•Raw material sourcing and procurement

Other Qualification
•Business experience with or in Japanese company. (First Priority)
•Basic IT Skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) (Required)
•Knowledge and management experience of Ex-Import procedure, operation(Required)
•Co-Work with Warehouse and Transportation company(Required)
•Logistics System, WMS planning(Required)
•In-plant(In-house) logistics (Preferable)
•3rd Party Logistics experience (Preferable)

Note:-Person would be based in Chennai. After 2019 April, he will be shifted to Sricity, where company is establishing a plant.
