Location :- Gurgaon
Qualification :- B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) / Diploma
Job Description :-
Primary Responsibilities:-
· To ensure all the technical / service related issues are sorted out in the region within given timeframe.
· Providing technical support to all the Service Engineers.
· To impart technical trainings to the engineers.
· Travel within the region to support Service Engineer for their technical queries / problems.
· Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to Head Office.
Secondary Responsibilities:-
· Support the Branch in technical and service issues.
· Interaction with Overseas suppliers (OEM).
Competencies required:-
· Preferably from MHE / Construction / Mining industry
· Must have analytical and decision making skills
· Must have Problem Solving Skills
· Must have good command over written and verbal communication
· Good in MS-Office
· Must be a team player
· Must possess Leadership skills
