Job Title:-Engineer- Customer quality
Job Location:-Bawal
Responsibilities:-
• Daily self-audits for 5's in respective areas.
• Customer complaints handling and claim investigation report submission. Countermeasure implementation & effectiveness check of actions taken against accepted customer complaints.
• Customer end visit for quality concern/quality inspection/ new part development /localization activities.
• Handling the customer audits and resolve quality related issue arise during these audits by Countermeasure implementation & effectiveness and check of action taken against abnormalities.
• Preparation and implementation of customer specific requirements as per SQM.
• Supervise the new part development/localization activities as per plan.
• Prepare the PPAP as per customer requirement.
• Samples/Documents submission to customer as per their requirement.
Desired Skills:-5s, 7QC Tools, conversant with PFD,CP,PFMEA,SPC & MSA ,knows about method of using Vernier ,Micrometer, profile, projector. Awareness about IATF 16949:2016,iso140001 & OHSAS.
