Position: Manager – Field Service
Department: After Sales and Service
Location: Jammu
Job Description:
• Leading and managing field service day to day operations
• Handling dealer network
• Driving service KPIs like Service reach / Service recovery
• Monitoring Accident TAT
• Conducting SSI and report preparation
• Daily, weekly and Monthly report preparations
Requirements
Years of experience: 3 – 8 Years
BE/BTech - Full time/Part time
CTC: Best in Industry
