Job Description
• Data Center and LAN/WAN Management experience for large corporate environment
• SME for Network Service such as WAN, LAN, DC, VPN/Client Connectivity
• Sound understanding of Networking and Network Security Technologies.
• Leading shift and escalation management.
• Management Reporting, Auditing and handling partners/vendors for SLA agreement
• Support on Incidents both on call and during business demand
