Job Description
Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System through the company and Supplier End
Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
Host external Quality System audits
Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance (Incoming, Supplier, Job worker).
Monitoring actions related to customer perception & understanding quality requirements for project.
Assuring timely calibration / validation of gauges / instruments as per schedule.
Attending customer complaints & implementing corrective / preventive actions for improvement.
Reducing quality problems by finding root causes and taking appropriate action for them.
Vendor development & quality assurance on the basis of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
Supplier Development & quality assurance.
Requirements
candidate should have 9+ years of experience in tube manufacturing company for CDW tubes.
