Job Description

We are looking for Technical support engineer with Japanese Specialist in JLPT N3/N2.

 You should be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. You would be directly interacting with our Japanese clients.

 Primary Technical Skills: 

System administration and knowledge of many different IT subject areas, such as Server OS, (Windows and Linux/UNIX) administration, network database, Cloud computing and Cyber security.
Minimum 2yrs of relevant experience in Japanese Language
JLPT N3 certification Mandatory
Basic understanding of Tripwire Enterprise
Troubleshooting Linux operating system issues, filesystem, network, processes, memory, etc.
Familiarly with server management, cyber security
Basic SQL/DB knowledge
Understanding and troubleshooting of basic networking: TCP/IP, switches
