We are extremely pleased to hire for Office Manager for one of the Australian based company which is into animal health business.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Office Manager is to support the day to day activities and efficient
operation. The role encompasses all aspects of general administration including finance, accounting, supply chain, human resources,logistics, and sales coordination functions. The Office Manager will coordinate business activities with all South Asian staff, together with many external business contacts including suppliers, service providers, customers, industry experts, regulatory authorities and other Government officials.

- Assist finance personnel in preparing and processing core accounting transactions, maintaining books
of account, performing reconciliations and generating financial reports on an accurate and timely basis
- Assist the group logistics with preparation and processing of all shipping documentation including PO’s,
Invoices, Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Analysis, Insurance
Certificates, Manufacturers Declarations plus any other documentation required by trading partners
and authorities.
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of key documentation including distribution, service, supply
and employment agreements.
- Assist finance personnel in managing corporate compliance to ensure taxation, audit, company
secretarial, insurance and statutory obligations are being met.

Requirements

- Familiarity with international trade including import and export documentation, payment instruments
and treatment of duty, tax and clearance of goods
- Must be effective in an international, multi-cultural team environment and operate across cross functional groups (customer service, sales, finance, regulatory)
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, exercise sound judgement, make well informed decisions and
operate in a high-pressure environment
- A sense of urgency, self-motivation and the ability to prioritise workload is essential
