Job Description
Three main activities
Software Business Analyst
(The first line of contact for Software topics for the Chicken Soup)
The business analyst is a member of a product development team who analyzes the business domain, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software being built.
The business analyst bridges the gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business value.
The business analyst is facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
Operational management of Business Software Support team, Sysadmin Team and Internal IT team
3. Operational management of all Software and Systems vendors

Experience with Linux System administration (Windows system administration is alternative)

MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field
5+ years' experience in a supervisory position related to information technology
