Job Description
The person will be responsible For -
1. Examine and identify areas of improvements within the sub-function for effectiveness and efficiency and provide recommendations to the Head - IT, and plan for the implementation of the same.
2 Own, plan and implement new projects/initiatives in the Infrastructure and Support sub-function. Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our Social Media strategy in order to attract and interact with targeted digital media users.
3 Support and contribute to the implementation and documentation of IT Infrastructure policies, processes and standards and ensure incorporation of best practices with regards to hardware support, software support, network and security. Track and monitor the implementation of policies and processes for acquisition, maintenance, disbursal of technology assets as defined in the IT policies.
4 Implement and maintain maximum uptime of IT infrastructure, network infrastructure and related equipment.
5 Maintaining all critical business software and other IT services to provide smooth, continuous and error free IT Services continuous and error free IT Services to the End user.
6 Liaise with external suppliers and support agencies for the ongoing support and maintenance, and procurement of relevant hardware/software/network infrastructure.
7. Manage the entire end-to-end relationship with them and ensure adherence to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in areas such as IT systems administration and infrastructure development.
- Qualification : B.Sc, BCA,BE/B.Tech (Computer)
- Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
