Business Process Expert

Job description

• Ability to understand the process stream map for Oracle BI Publisher reports (RTFs) with fair understanding of Quote to Cash flow.
• Understanding of CPQ, Siebel, Oracle EBS & various Oracle concurrent programs, especially around Quick Codes (Look Ups), customization in the existing and new BI publisher reports; analyzing and support change requests for project or production.
• Working knowledge of xml & SQL
• Detailed oriented, having good troubleshooting skills
• Have good documentation skills
• Communicate with IT Technical users - Liaison between IT & Business- Understand both Technical & Business side
• Understanding of Test automation Tools like Selenium, UFT, UI Path etc will be preferred
• Test domain knowledge and able to work independently in handling business and cross functional queries. Skills in Project Management and global cross-team communication.
• Delivery of the projects would mean engaging with business analyst's for requirement discussions, system design, scoping, solutioning, working with various teams in the line of delivery including change management etc.
• Work with various cross domain techno-functional teams to understand the overall architectural blueprint and align solutions to meet established standards.
• Handy with testing tools (for example: JIRA) and analytical skills/tools in the structured way (preferably DMAIC/ Lean Methodology), ability to drive and lead quality initiatives with excellent analytical and logical skills will be preferred
Internal/External Qualifications:
• The person should be a graduate from any recognized university in any stream with an overall working experience of 6-8 years preferably in Project/Test Management, exposure to Oracle Reports, BI publisher, Shipping docs in EBS Order Management Module is must.
• Understanding Oracle Workflow of Order booking, fulfilment, and financial & reporting.
• Project Management and hands-on Quality methodologies is desirable.
• Able to understand and analyze business processes and functional specifications.
• Should follow proactive approach in day-to-day operations
• Should have working knowledge of Office 365 tools like Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written)
• Should be a team player with an ability to solve problems and take decisions independently
• Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity and prioritize under pressure
