Job Description

- Gain a full understanding of the brands; proposition, brand architecture, target consumer and
competitors
- Contribute to the annual brand plan and subsequent execution of the plan
- Act as the go-to person on market and brand information
- Assist in the management of projects from concept to launch including above and below the line
activities
- Track brand and competitive performance through analysis of all available data, report on
salient issues and recommend activity where required in response to analysis
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver value throughout the supply chain
- Develop a keen awareness of brand financial value and the levers whereby value can be
extracted
- Work closely with agency partners to develop understanding and excellent execution

Requirements

- 4 to 7-years’ experience working in a consumer driven brand team possible as Assistant Brand
Manager
- Experience of executing above and below-the-line marketing activity
- Showing evidence of strong project management skills and able to multi-task with an attention
to detail
- Shows strong commercial aptitude and a willingness to probe and understand where value can
be achieved
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Educated to degree level
