Role- Senior Manager- Social Digital & Content
Social Media Lead to set up and scale company brand on social media pla4orms. He/She will manage company’s image on Social Media in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.
As a Social media lead expect to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. He/she should have excellent communication skills and be able to express company’s views
creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to define the role of each social media platform in brand building and role of brand on each channel. Your key task will be to make Company as the most buzzing and responsive brand on Social Media within one year of taking over the role.
Experience: 8+ years
• Always stay on top of current trends across all social media platforms and use those to create brand building opportuni2es
• Work with all internal stakeholders to understand the capabilities expected from Social Media team and align on key deliverables
• Set up a listening capability for the Brand and define reporting metrics
• Set specific objectives and report on channel wise performance on a weekly and monthly basis
• Own KPIs like pla4orm growth, engagement rates, share of conversations etc at both brand level and platform level
• Manage a campaign manager as part of his/her team and define his KPIs and role
• Introduce the latest trends and format innova2ons in SM campaigns to keep the Brand ahead of the curve when it comes to SM
• Work with the creative agency to plan and execute the SM strategy and drive creative excellence
• Work with respective platform SPOCs to iden2fy areas of improvement and get the team trained on the latest tools and features
