Job description

Digital Marketing and Media Planning and Allocation: To review the policies and practices of various phases of the Company's operations to ensure conformity with approved policies & objectives.

As a guardian of the Brand are responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential customers. They work tirelessly with the marketing department on making sure that every aspect of the brand strategy is just right.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analysing our brand positioning and consumer insights
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Manage media buying and ensure, the organization benefits through optimization of the same.
Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives within and outside the organization
Develop internal and external communications by liaising with cross-functional teams within the organization.
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to take action
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
Coordinating with BTL partners; Initiating and monitoring activities around Exhibitions; Festivals; Gifting etc.
Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
Monitor and control expenses against budget.

One should have following functional and behavioural skills.

Functional Skills -

Good interpersonal skills and ability to cope with pressure
Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations
Communication Written / Verbal proficiency and understanding the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
Good contacts and Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices in the field and a good commercial acumen.
