Our Client is mainly into manufacturing of edible oil and bio-diesel , They have a diverse business interests which include production and distribution of Edible Oil, Spices, Specialty Fats, Vanaspati and Bio-diesel.The company is also involved in cultivation of crops that are commercially viable through contract farming.
1)-Working with the leadership to manage the plant HR activities
2)-Should having a knowledge of PMS and Training & Development.
3)-Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution
4)-Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame
5)-Ensuring the successful launch of the plant by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance
6)-Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR wrt Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.
The Successful Applicant :
- You come with 7-12 years of experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up
- You have managed IR in your past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Should have good communication skill.
