Job Description
Work Experience & Key Responsibilities
• Extremely good knowledge of manufacturing processes • Good knowledge of industrial engineering • Expert in machining processes • Expert knowledge of engineering material • Exposure to work on CNC, VMC, HMC and conventional machines • Knowledge of Tool designing • Knowledge and experience of Time and Motion Study • Preparing drawing & process sheets for each component • Contribution in improving of production & quality • Cost optimization • Experience to buy different kind of machineries (capital equipments) • Involvement in development activities

• High business acumen • Relevant experience of quality of engineering products • Be a proactive planner and executor • Ability to work under a defined timeline to deliver • Self starter, capable to work independently • Creative, Innovative, Analytical and Customer oriented • Familiar with all IT tools (use of technology) required for day to day operation to enhance the performance of the team • Leadership skill, Team motivator, Lead by example, One to one contact with the team • Excellent business communication (English) skills, both verbal and written • IT skills (ERP, MS Office, including MS PowerPoint and other marketing tools)
Requirements
• Strong academic background, achiever of above 60% marks in education • B.E / B.Teh (Mechnical) • Preference to MBA (Operations
