Strategy and Promotion.
Shaping the Company’s overall business in the territory, developing strategic plans and assessing the performance of competitors, evaluate & implement corporate strategies showing adaptability suiting to requirements/situation.
Conducting Research and data analysis of market and Competitors to increase business by connecting more dealers and retailers, Builders. Continuously doing market Gap & SWOT analysis and initiating corrective action thereof.
Plan Marketing Strategies & getting them executed with a team to achieve the given state sales target.
Promoting company brand by establishing contacts with distributors and retailers, trade, by doing sales promo activities.
Critical assessment of sales team, dealers w.r.t. efforts, performance, by joint field work, initiate corrective actions
Checking, monitoring and authorising claims of sales team, dealers.
Proposing budgets to managements for undertaking sales promo activities and tracking it end to end.
Achieve the Sales Target for Designated State.
Taking care of overall sales for the state and achieving the Monthly ,quarterly and annually target for the state .Propose new schemes with dealers on a sharing basis with a view to increase the numbers . Continuously doing SWOT & Gap analysis and initiating corrective actions thereof.
Responsibility is to maximize the organization's efficiency & productivity and performance of the team under him. Leading sales team towards their targets of sales & promotional activities.
Maintain team spirit and cohesiveness to enhance sales and company image in the market.
Evaluating and validating reports / expenses, claims of the sales team.
Periodic coworking in the field with sales team dealers.
Assess deployment of the sales team, managing vacancies and overall manpower requirements in the state.
Relationship Management :-
Maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, dealers by providing support, information and guidance. Providing new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements to Partners.
Maintain good rapport with Dealers / Retailers/ Influencers / Govt. Officials.
Analysis and Updatation
Update Market research & information of the assigned territory for better positioning of company products and improving market share. Continuous updating & mastering complete product knowledge to lead the sales team.
Imparting Information on Schemes, targets, Discounts / Rates, Policies of company to stakeholders like Dealers, Retailers, Influencers & getting them executed with reporting team members.
Implementing special sales activities in the region to improve secondary sales and market penetration.
