Job Description

Expertise/ Hands on experience on report development using report writer, calculated fields & Integration development using EIB, PICOF/PECI, cloud connect, DT and Workday Studio. Good knowledge of XSLT and XML.
Also responsibilities will include analysis, design, build and help production implementation of Workday integrations, reports.

The role requires the candidate to be able to carry out the following prime functions:
• Lead Workday integration team, work closely with Workday integration developers and manage day to day tasks along with integration deliveries.
• Analysis, design, build Workday Report & Integrations (custom reports, EIB,CC,Workday Studio,DT)
• Good knowledge of workday security and administration
• Work with support team for the resolution of Level 3 issues.
• Aware of bi-annual Workday version updates, changes & impact on Integrations & Solutionaise
• Communication and Reporting
• Continuous Improvements
• Flexible to work in India and UK hours

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday integration team, work closely with Workday integration developers and manage day to day tasks along with integration deliveries.
• Workday Integration & Report requirements documentation, analysis, design, build & deployment
• Work with support team for the resolution of Level 3 issues.
• Aware of bi-annual Workday version updates, changes & impact on Integrations & provide solutions
• Good knowledge of workday security and administration
• Flexible to work in India and UK hours
• Perform regular knowledge sharing through documentation and training sessions to team members
• Interface with Technology/E-HR Services function to ensure that any production and emergency fixes are applied
• Perform technical analysis, solution design & provide related documentation
• Provide technical inputs and oversight on new initiatives and propose enhancements on existing systems
• Ensure the incident is communicated to the respective teams and HR areas promptly and provide regular progress updates
• Work with the strategic stream for HR Systems revamp and participate actively
• Can work fairly independently
• Work in close liaison with the India, UK & Asia Pac based HR Systems and Operations Team and standard operating procedures and governance model.
