Job Description
* Project planning & controlling - work closely with various functions to take forward projects from concept to start of production.
* Manage the cross-functional teams in New Product Development and administer the stage gate process
* To develop tools and techniques to effectively monitor projects on critical parameters.
* Track & review - Plan vs Actual, foresee gaps & potential risks, escalate & take corrective actions to meet time, cost & quality targets
* Plan, manage and report status of projects to the broader organization and management.
* Stakeholders & Conflict Management
* Develop annual plans to support strategic initiatives of Product Planning, & Budgeting.
* Single point of contact for New Product Introduction process, responsible for its qualitative adherence, trainings and communication.
* Part player in further evolution and development of NPI process.
Requirements
* B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical/ Automobile / Industrial)
* 5+ years of project management experience in a reputed organisation
