Job Description
Required a Head- Propulsion Manufacturing Who can oversee plan and manufacturing of propulsion equipment including traction motors/Drives/AC,DC Motors/BLDC Motors.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manpower handling .
• Maintain 5S score as per production target.
• Monitor & Control FPY as per production target.
• Project planning production as per customer requirement date.
• Monitor & Control the 8-ways of Production Waste
• Generate & submit daily report of job status to the VP Manufacturing.
• Maintain MIS (Management information system) to monitor the value between planned verses executed.
• Manage critical line issues together with relevant internal teams and resolve customer complaints.
• Good knowledge in shop floor process layout setup and equipment specification finalization, RFQ, pre dispatch and post-dispatch inspection and hand over to production
• Pre-Dispatch checking of finished Propulsion Equipment.
• Direct the execution to fortify in production.
Requirements
Exp: 8+ Years post B.tech Electronics/Electrical
Location : West Bengal
Additional Information
Electrical Engineering is mendatory.
