Position: Shift Manager-Packaging
Experience in parenteral manufacturing, preferably in labelling & packaging
Handling regulatory inspections for advanced markets
Principles of capacity planning, production scheduling, line balancing and inventory management
Experience in conducting investigations and CAPA
Good understanding of labelling & packaging operations and quality systems
Yield and reconciliation monitoring
Knowledge on E-Pedigree , track & trace.
Proven record of problem solving, decision making skills and application of process improvement tools
Strong people management experience
Effective written and oral communication skills required
Ability to communicate effectively not only within the department but cross functionally at the site and with outside customers and regulatory agencies
Computer literate, with skills in managing Excel spreadsheets, and knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Monitor compliance with laid down procedures, Quality Systems, Safety Systems and Integrity Principles at all stages of manufacturing activity for own line
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly schedule
Experience required- 6 plus years
Ready to work in all three shifts. (7am/ 2pm/10pm)
