Job Description

This role is for a Technical Consultant who can understand and solves functional, technical, and architectural problems on Salesforce platform. Role would be utilized to build CRM strategic solutions and responsible for overall implementation across CRM landscape.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to interact with all levels of the business and technical community, seeking approval from all stakeholders of the projects.
Solution and Develop Salesforce configuration related requirements.
Design, Solution and Develop processes used by the business areas using CRM applications.
Proactively advise business users on application usage and issues.
Identify process/technical gaps in the existing implementation and come-up with enhancements to fill those.
Review enhancement requests to ensure these are in line with the benefits business is expecting to achieve
Carry out impact analysis using knowledge of business processes.

Requirements

Experience of overall 10 – 14 years of CRM (Salesforce) experience.
Lightning development (LWC).
Salesforce PD1 and Application Developer Certifications will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of configurational activity on the Lightning Framework.
Should have knowledge and experience on package development approach.
Should have reasonable understanding in release management processes (SFDX, CI/CD etc.)
Experience with agile / continuous delivery paradigms of software development
Should have relevant customization experience with respect to Integrations using RESTful APIs
Should have a decent exposure to the otherwise Classic Environment (Administration / Async & Sync Server-Side Development / Governor Limits & Application Order of Execution / Triggers / Old Front end Dev VF / Basic Design Pattern or Best Practices knowledge)
Ability to manage client expectations and scope.
Expertise in design and solution on Salesforce and associated CRM technologies
The candidate will be expected to create, sell, and drive Architectural vision for the organization to ensure the organization is headed towards a technically efficient, simplified and capable landscape
The candidate should be able to define the technology roadmap for the org/function
Should be able to define the right set of tools to be used across delivery lifecycle
Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment
Very good communication skills and the ability to explain and articulate technical aspects in a manner than business can understand.
Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally to arrive at a solution
Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and deal with ambiguity is essential.
