Develop and Execute digital transformation strategy for Green Field Project.
o To participate in developing and finalizing basic engineering like developing P&IDs,
PFDs, Basic Specifications of Equipment etc for the new Projects considering
requirements of Smart Factory.
o To participate in developing and finalizing different interlocks, logics, algorithm etc to
optimize the plant operation considering requirements of Smart Factory.
o Enhance utility systems and specification to enable implementation of Industry 4.0
concepts so that identified KPI could be measured.
o While enhancing these schemes, validate the design for data integration from field
sensors(L0) to enterprise layer(L4).
o Define target state data architecture, Applications, OT-IT model, Integration
components, Platform, Master data management, Analytics strategy, Infrastructure
compute, storage, network and security.
o Responsible for making & implementing all the schemes, in coordination with Smart
Factory Design Consultant & PCBL IT Team, relevant to smart factory.
o Coordinate with Pl ant Operation Team for smooth commissioning of the project.
o Responsible for training Plant Operation Team the concept of smart factory & it’s
benefits.
• Innovate in multiple business verticals and integrate them.
• Transforming way to solve problems using data science and digital Interventions.
• Strategically collaborate with other leadership team, Business heads and functional heads
taking ownership of last mile delivery and benefit quantification

Degree:
• B Tech and M Tech Stream: Electronics, Electrical & instrumentation etc.
12-15 years of experience in designing Continuous Process
Manufacturing units, project management, digital
Transformation, IOT, Automation, Data science, Machine
learning

Proven knowledge in Automation Engineering, Digitization
of process plant.
Knowledge of programming in DCS, PLC, SCADA etc
Knowledge of IOT
Knowledge of Data Science
Knowledge of machine learning
