Impact
As a Sr Data Scientist, you will be part of our Data Science team that works on solving business problems using data science and statistical techniques. You will be working closely with the business stake holders in US who will share the business knowledge required to creates these reports.  
 
The Job 
• Work closely with business partners to analyze and understand business requirements and define the data science problem.
• Data exploration and feature engineering.  
• Through Research to design innovative data science solutions.
• Work with platform team for model deployment, monitoring and automated training.
• Good communication skills. 

Required Qualifications & Skills  This role requires a talented self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills: 
 
Must have 
• Strong knowledge and experience with advance Machine learning algorithms like XGBoost, GBM and advance deep net architectures (like CNN, RNN, GAN).
• Well versed with feature engineering and data exploration techniques.
• Should be able to apply statistical inference tools (like hypothesis testing, CLT, Z-Test, t-test) in real business problem settings.
• Strong programming background in Python
• Good communication skills. 
Good to have 
• Good exposure to logistics and shipping domain. 
Qualification & work experience 
• Master’s Degree (Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science)
