Job Description

Work closely with stakeholders to proactively understand needs for assigned positions including developing knowledge of new technologies and products that could influence future recruitment needs. Should be able to manage the TAT from sourcing to closure of offers.
• Conducts candidate searches using existing sourcing options (job boards, Consultants, social media, networks,) to connect with and develop candidate interest
• Researches innovative recruitment strategies and programs and recommends suggestions to recruitment leadership
• Mentors/provides training for less experienced team members
• Annually, assists with the creation of a strategic sourcing plan for their assigned business segment(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, law or another substantially similar discipline
• Demonstrated aptitude to learn and effectively apply knowledge of HR practices, processes, programs and technology
• Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of and a desire to achieve recruitment goals
• Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others
• Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated understanding of effective time management, organizational, and follow up skills
