Manager / Sr. Manager- Robot Sales

A Multinational group of companies that provide automation products and services such as robotics and computer numerical control wireless systems with strong Global Footprints.

1.To enhance the market share of Robots in the respective Zone.
2.Strategize with the corporate team for effective sales and marketing approaches for Robot products,
Systems and Turnkey projects.
3.Identify potential clients and build the database.
4.Representing company at various marketing venues (trade shows, customer open houses, etc.) with
emphasis on lead follow up and sales acquisition.
5.Sales planning and forecasting for assigned territory and accounts.
6.Own the customer relationship and stand for delivering promised support from the organization.
7.Make presentations, submit proposals, get the DAP and close deals with proper execution.
8.Guide Proposal & Installation and Commissioning teams during project execution.
9.Coordinate between Customers, Internal teams, Vendors, System integrator for smooth project
execution.
10.Guide teams to Design, Program, Document and Implement the Robot Systems.
11.Provide assistance to users.
12.Ensure timely preparation and reporting of all the application related MIS.
13.Provide complete solution to customers.

1.BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Mechatronics.
2. 10-18 years of experience, with at least 5 years’ experience in Automation sales.
3. Knowledge of Factory/ Industrial automation systems and processes.
4. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines.
5. Excellent problem solving and statistical analysis skills.
6. Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload.
7. Proven ability to interact with customers and convince on techno commercial aspects.
8. Flair to Travel extensively, meet creative people in the engineering world.
9. Proficient to use MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
