Job Description

The role is intended to provide an appropriate level of Business Finance support to the Technology and Operations
business including monthly reporting, ad-hoc analysis support.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L analysis of the Technology and Operations business and explanation of variance to budget.
• Review monthly accruals and management accounts adjustments.
• Review and analysis of monthly service charges and allocations to businesses, provide explanations of variance to
budget.
• Support in preparation of budgets/rolling forecast based on discussions with business heads.
• Provide various ad hoc analyses to the business under challenging time frames.
• Work closely with the global business finance team in the UK, Europe, Asia and India.
• Relationship building and stakeholder management across geographies.
• A point of contact for assimilating & analysing any management information for the respective area of business.
• Managing and developing the local Technology and Operations business finance team

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications Required

• A qualified accountant/MBA with 6-8 years’ experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Essbase, HFM, and JDE would be an advantage.
• Good financial analysis skills including, knowledge of accounting principles and industry standard packages

• Ability to grasp new concepts, assimilate information and deliver high quality solutions with speed.

• Knowledge of ERP- Hyperion / JD Edwards / Alteryx would be an added advantage
