Senior Analyst Programmer(s) / Analyst Programmer

Senior Analyst Programmer role with one of our client - UK headquartered leader in Financial Services Industry.

Your skills and experience

• Essential skills
• Technical
o A minimum of 4-6 years(SAP)/ 2-4 yrs(AP) of ‘hands on’ system software analysis, development and unit-testing using Oracle PLSQL with expertise in Oracle PLSQL.
o Very basic level of knowledge on Informatica ETL.
o Experience in developing from the low level design of the Warehouse solutions
o Knowledge of essential Software Engineering principles.
o Strong knowledge of Relational Databases Management Systems (RDBMS) concepts.
o Strong knowledge and work experience in Database Designing & Data Modelling techniques. Hands on experience in creating ER diagrams.
o Hands-on experience in developing/maintaining SQL statements (DML/DDL), Stored procedures, Triggers, Packages & Functions in Oracle.
o Strong knowledge of PL/SQL is a must
o Experience in database performance tuning.
o Project development and delivery experience of a few good size projects
o Good Operating Systems knowledge and associated commands (UNIX [AIX/Solaris]).
o Experience in UNIX scripting.
o Experience of other Tools such as Svn, JIRA, Bamboo.

• Functional
o Ability to work closely with cross functional teams
o Knowledge of Mutual funds/ financial domain is an added advantage
