Web Operations and Support Specialist

It is an American company that manufactures electronics test and measurement equipment and software.

Location : Gurugram

Shift : Rotational 24 x 5

5+ years of working experience in web domain with following skills.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands on experience of designing, developing or supporting enterprise level systems (preferably, web based), using one or more of leading softwares like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Product Identity Manager (PIM), Elastic Path (EP), Oracle Identity Management (OIM/OID).
• Good to have coding/development knowledge of one or more of the server side technologies [ASP, ASP.Net, JSP, Servlets, and PHP]. Strong knowledge of HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Good working knowledge of any of the database like MS Access, SQL server, Oracle, MySQL is a must with minimum Database Administration.
• Should be effective in grasping the process knowledge of projects and end to end business flow.
• Strong understanding of capturing requirements.
• In previous assignments should have collaborated with a business' marketing and sales management team using electronic tools to reach sales goals and provide accurate information and offerings to business partners for effective online sales/business.
• Superior listening, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Self-motivated; works independently with minimum direction in a distributed team environment.
• Solid systems analysis skills to interpret data sources and deliver reporting IT solutions against a business requirement.
• Experience in team management and managing service level agreements with partners/vendors.
• Quick learner, strong team player, analytical and dedicated.
• Understanding and resolving of application issues.
• Strong customer-focus and results orientation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Person should be willing to take Initiative and challenges in work.

Job Role

• Manage & implement web and e-commerce projects, deliver according to strategy of selling products online, combined with expertise in profitability and risk assessment.
• To provide 1st/2nd/3rd Level Web Production Support (Functional/Technical) for external customer facing Web Tools used by WW Keysight customer base.
• Design, Development, Testing and general technical Support / maintenance of web applications/portals.
• Work with different businesses, vendors and internal customers to provide effective and timely support.
• Should be flexible to work 24 x 5 as per job requirements.
• To provide end to end support on customer queries over email/phone.

• Co-ordinate and manage end to end delivery

Academic Qualifications (Preferred any of following)
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/GNIIT in computers, telecommunications, management or other related streams.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Web Operations and Production Support.
