Our Client is a start-up and becomes the Market leader in the Auto business space.
- Category Management: Responsible for P&L.
- Leading the Supply Excellence and Revenue vertical for the business.
- Focusing on strategy, capability building, product innovation, and process excellence.
- Defining SKUs, optimized price points, discounts/promos, etc.
- Run different campaigns and BTL marketing activities for Supply growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Developing different processes across the value chain for maximizing supply efficiency. Finding the gaps between demand and supply and assisting the Sales team in onboarding the relevant supply.
- Designing and execution of partner engagement programs- responsible for processes around partner incentives and timely payouts and reconciliation.
