• Identify incremental revenue stream & Create business plan to
drive services revenue
• Ownership of emerging routes (Software’s, SAAS & DAAS) -
Work with WW & country to create compelling offer for SMB
audiences for Software’s SaaS, DaaS
• Develop new solutions bundles and subscription with AP
services & take concurrence from Countries
• Weekly review & action planning with AP Services focal, DG &
Country Teams -
• Enablement of services on the web with the help of web
Production team
• Identify Gaps and opportunities in each country by studying
customer behavior, product sale, and current attach with channel
or Benchmark countries like USA & create action plan.
• Create & maintain quarterly promotional calendar & Partner with
marketing on overall Services Pen rate improvement through
POS/APOS. Provide EDm content & messaging to DG & WPC
team.
• Plan Tele training on services initiatives and provide Tele script
with benefits.
• Study data analytics i.e Track Quantum metrics & Adobe and
provide action plan to the regions.
• Track tele & marketing teams of the regions on implementing
quarterly plans
• Report on results in weekly business reviews
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and
services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Have an understanding of services portfolio, web promotions,
ability to do opportunity gap analysis & to perform with cross functional team to deliver against the set KPIs.
• Can differentiate offerings and articulate the value
proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential
to win in sales opportunities.
• Ability to sell PC, services , software , peripherals and other
categories of products while maintaining a high level of
customer satisfaction throughout the entire order journey
• Selling to SMB in Ecommerce space ( not mandatory)
• Advanced MS Office skills necessary.
