Job Description
Designation : Senior Manager- Maintenance (Machine Shop)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance of machine shop equipment systems such as HMC / VMC / SPM /
CNC with FANUC and SIEMENS 840D Control system.
• Hands on working experience on machine troubleshooting, reconditioning and ladder programming.
• Hands on working experience on maintenance of CNC Servo drive systems, PLC and HMI etc.
• Able to read and modify Siemens PLC & HMI programing, VFD programming and modification.
• Able to read and understand the electrical & mechanical drawings.
• Able to manage maintenance tasks independently for the machine shop.
• Hands on experience of mechanical sub systems such as spindles, Pallets changers, ball screws etc
• Strong knowledge of TPM and SAP PM module for machine level exposure
• Able to meet the department KRA , with regular review with HOD
• Spare parts planning and controlling
• Able to guide team for Kaizen and cost reduction projects
• Must have strong knowledge of ISO 9000, OHSAS and EMS
• Approach for reducing the MTTR and improving the MTBF of all machines
• Manage maintenance revenue budget
• Follow-up with the OEMs regarding the machine commissioning issues and closure
• Documentation of all maintenance MIS
• Planning and executing the Preventive maintenance with manpower and facilities required
• Focus to improve the technical skill level of team members
• Able to attend the machine breakdowns of any level
• Able to resolve the repetitive issues of machines using logical tools
• Promoting the safety culture in team and setting the example for the same
• Know how about new technologies such as Digitalization, Industry 4.0 etc.
Requirements
- Should have experience in Siemens 840D Control System.
- Automobile companies are prefered.

• Qualification : B. Tech/ BE Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics
• Experience : 12 to 15 years of Machine shop maintenance experience
