Lead development of software solutions for the company’s internal operations.
Work with the Product Management team to define and refine product requirements and ensure that Minimum Viable Products (MVP) are well-prepared.
Drive the Technical team and the Product Owners in an Agile development process
Ensure timely delivery and quality of the software components
Work with cross-functional stakeholders for successful rollout, user acceptance, training and application support.
Recruit top talent and build a world-class development team.
Partner with Head of Technology and executive leadership to align with company vision and practices
Break down user and technical stories into tasks and execute them
Participate in code reviews and refactoring
Attend daily scrum meetings
Very strong in Object Oriented Programming.
Development model Server Side and Client Side. Hands on working experience with Python/Java/Ruby On Rails/.Net/C++/PHP (Python is primary)
Detailed understanding of Cloud, Devops, MVC framework
Must be familiar with Database design principles and Tuning
Strong, innovative and initiative-seeking approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
Ardent desire to explore and learn emerging interactive technologies.
