Job Description

Job Description : QA Will be responsible for
• Define and establish QA methodology for Voice domains.
• Develop and Drive QA strategy, Plan and Implementation across the features
• Implement Test Automation across Skill Domains. This includes exploring existing Frameworks for Automation OR provide requirements for Framework(s).
• Grow Automated QA Coverage for major Functional Areas across Skill Domains.
• Guide and coach Junior members in QA Validation and coding.
• Work closely with Product Teams to drive Quality upstream.
• Define Quality Metrics and Implement measurements to measure Skills catalog health and bring continuous improvements.
• Provide consistent communication to Stake holders.
• Be responsible for creation/modification of appropriate test tools that can be used by Other Team Members

Requirements

Skills: Essential Skills
• Should have 5+ years of experience across automation tools
• Hands on experience on IVR testing, API testing
• Strong Experience in API / Web Services Testing and API Automation tools
• Sound knowledge of SDLC phases and Testing Life cycle
• Strong Requirements and Business Analysis skills with good focus on attetion for details
• Strong Agile Software Project Management
• Test Management Tools: Jira,TFS
• Good to have knowledge on network monitoring tools and Hammer/cyara automation tools
• Hands on Performance testing
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration Tools Jenkins
• Strong Ability to define and execute Test Suites/Test Cases
• Strong Strategic thinking and planning skills

• Experience with Ribbon & Radius or similar
• Experience in SIP Telco networks
