Job Description
A lead Programmer / Solution Architect Programmer / Analyst (Power Platform) at company will be responsible for setting up business applications and performing production support of existing business applications. Specifically
Work with the business unit functional teams in resolving system issues.
Build applications using Microsoft .Net framework and Azure development tools and frameworks.
Create and maintain system specification and sub-system specification documentation.
Work with BSAs and other developers during the development and implementation of required functionality.
Participate in identifying and analyzing new and emerging technologies and roadmaps.
Provide day-to-day technical/professional assistance for projects and programs delivered beyond the completion date.
Work with BSAs to monitor programs/projects to ensure they have achieved the intended outcome or effect.

Inform stakeholders about any gaps with the current technical and business process in relation to best practices.
Assess and communicate the business impact that certain technical choices have.
Drive the team to design a best-fit solution and then deploy the team to implement and achieve real business results.
C# and/or VB.Net, ADO.Net and OOPs concepts.
Windows services.
Batch program scripting.
Visual studio IDE usage.
XML and JSON web services, WCF/Rest.
Threading concepts.
Security and authentication.
Perform regular backups and monitor system health.

Minimum Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in a related field.
Years of experience: Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Mandatory skills required
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, MS Power Platform.
10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise business systems, preferably in Agile environment.
Microsoft MB-200/600 certified or ability to get certified within 30 days of employment.
Understanding of Azure data Gateways and Power Platforms connectors and DLP policy.
Manage integration related to various Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint and Power BI) and third-party applications.
Well versed in Power Apps and Power Automate environment.
Experience in Azure standards, best practices, DevOps, and Security Concepts.
Handle Deployment, migrations, installations and upgrades.
Handle Overall Security of Apps and Environments.
Exp in Azure PAAS services - Azure Service Fabric, Azure Web App, Azure function, API, API Management, SQL Azure, Logic apps, Cloud Service.
Experience on cloud instance is a must.
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to run business requirements and functional design sessions in a highly complex customer environment.
