Job Description
Designation : Group Manager ( Hardware Development)
- Should have extensive experience in development of Power Electronics.
- Should have exposure in development of power electronics and mechatronic systems as the team he/she will lead & will work with several areas of hardware needed for the electric propulsion system such as energy storage systems, electric motors, charging equipment etc.
- Should have strong system level knowledge on Gasoline, Diesel, OBC, DC-DC converters, Hybrid and Electric vehicles .
- Extensive hands on experience in hardware design, architecture, electrical validation, EMC measurements, EMC compatible PCB layout review, field failure analysis and BOM optimization.
- Strong fundamental knowledge in drives, BLDC motors, DC Motors, Induction motors, synchronous motors .
- Adept in implementing hardware interface for all automotive sensors with ADC and various electromechanical drives like solenoids, BLDC motors, DC drives with Low side, high side, H-bridge, Half bridge drivers with complete diagnosis.

Requirements
Education : B.Tech/B.E
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 13 to 18 years
- Strong exposure in Power Electronics, Hardware Development, Circuit design, System Engineering, Inverter, Electric motors.
