Role overview: Primary focus of this role will be to strengthen leadership pool by developing future leaders and supporting in building a diverse workforce & creating a high-performance culture.
The incumbent will be supporting strategic initiatives for Talent Development to create a strong foundation for young talent progression & managerial capability.
Driving workforce transformation and diversity through Talent interventions and programs
Supporting the managerial capability agenda by driving Coaching and Mentoring interventions governance and its implementation
Developing the capability by working on Career Framework for employees across grades
Support in stretch projects as part of the Talent COE and extending to PAN India HR organization
Executing Talent development interventions that support people strategies as identified during succession planning
Working with vendors and consultants to identify the most suited partner and onboarding them
Supporting Global Talent Development Programs by looking at talent requirements and providing nominations
Benchmarking TD practices against peer group companies and providing inputs on new interventions
MBA with HR specialization (preferably)
Hands-on experience in MS suite – Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent Communication Skills
Prior experience /exposure to any kind of Talent Development initiatives will be good to have
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
