Key Responsibilities
Change management, implementation and adoption capability
• Responsible to understand and manage the business change journey from as-is to to-be state
• Develops and owns the Change and implementation analysis, design approach and embedding change plan across the project and business journey
• Measures and evaluates the change impacts of new tools, process and proposes appropriate change interventions
• Maps high level employee and customer journeys to mitigate impact and support optimal change experience from process, technology, people perspective
• Defines and manages the scope of change communications approach, plan and key messaging, aligning to the organization`s communications approach
• Defines and manages the stakeholder engagement approach and plan across the Change project and business function in collaboration with delivery / engagement lead
• Understand and defines people focused capabilities to change mindsets, ways of working, learning and embedding a culture that supports business and delivery to transition into next.
• Defines desired behaviors and ways of working, and implements behavioral change interventions to drive their adoption
• Leverage Learning and Enablement capabilities to drive higher embedding, value realisation and designing interventions
• Develop toolkits to support internal and external needs, provides templates and toolkits for change enablers and analysts to leverage and tailor locally, as required
• Establishes alignment of change & enablement capabilities with business journey mapping and articulates clear communication with key messages to align enablement journey for multiple active projects.
• Gathers feedback and lessons learnt from stakeholders and impacted colleagues to enable continuous improvement
• Provides coaching, support & guidance to the PEX change enablers in setting the change journey plan, assessments and implementations with guided interventions.
• Demonstrate understanding of the impact and management of organisational and behaviour changes aligned to transformation programmes.
• Supports in conducting relevant stakeholder, user (resistance management) and customer impact assessments, surveys and analysis
• Responsible to mobilise, govern and track high level change plan and provide stakeholder status updates
• Support business education regarding Business Change roles and responsibilities across Sponsors, Senior Leadership, Team Leaders and End Users
Business Engagement & Stakeholder Relationships
• Define and improve framework to manage enablement and change services. Engage and implement program plans by working with delivery leads, COE and prioritisation of pipeline / resources needed example, Olympus program, Ninja process excellence
• To establish, design and manage an enablement plan for deliveries / by business area with necessary skills, knowledge, capabilities and implement to successfully deliver solutions to support the business journey and ROI.
• Works in partnership with business stakeholders, COE team and Delivery Leads on their business journey providing active participation in relevant BU forums, governance, meetings and other initiatives
• Acts as an advocate across the business maintaining strong relationships to help identify and shape future project demand and enablement plan
• Works with the Governance & Design Authority to ensure the enablement plan is aligned with strategic architecture and target operating models and compliance to all regulatory and compliance management frameworks.
Adoption Enablement capabilities
• Establishing and managing the capabilities and services packs that allows the business to self-serve, understand and integrate with our core solutions.
• Establish and deliver a program of adoption workshops/ training sessions on specific business and change topics.
• Lead implementation and adoption of solutions, training on the specific change / enable toolkits, methods and business integration with our services to support a culture and way of working.
Coaching and leading others
• Coaches change enablers to be active implementors, champions and provide relevant inputs to shape the change plan and ways of working
• Leads, motivates and develops direct and in-direct reports to maximise the engagement and motivation of team members in the achievement of their objectives utilising organization`s performance management framework, role model behaviours and the culture & values of the company.
• Acts as an effective advisor, understanding advisees' career aspirations and development areas, and providing support for IA team members
• Leads and manages teams working on change workstreams to set direction, standards and enable a change support model for internal and external services
Trusted Advisor
• Act as a trusted advisor to the business by building positive relationships with key business stakeholders and understanding their day-to-day operations and support needed
• Ensure that the business is clear of what will be required of them to support the successful delivery of change initiatives (e.g. business input into analysis, change design approach, adoption)
• Understand ‘the bigger picture’, prioritise and engage across levels to gain common shared values for change management to be successful
Experience and Qualifications Required
• Established track record with demonstrable experience in the Change & Implementation space managing scale, complexity and engagements. Demonstrating familiarity with change management principles and an understanding of the people implications of business change
• Proven experience of leadership, working on change frameworks, approaches, methods, toolkits and implementation in the transformation of a business including significant personal contribution to the success of the initiative and the measurable impact on customers, employees and performance from a change management
• Communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of influencing and motivating others at a senior level to achieve results and exceed targets. Ability to communicate complex and emotive topics to different audiences through a range of written and verbal communication methods
• A broad understanding of Automation (RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence) with specific focus on experience in monitoring and controlling communications around an automation change programme in a medium to large size organisation
• A working understanding of the broader Intelligent Automation tools i.e. Operational Excellence approaches and methods (Lean thinking, Process excellence, System & Management Thinking), Work Flow and Form Design and change management tools, frameworks and approaches
• Proven experience of using agile methodologies to deliver large-scale change management projects i.e. using sprint methodologies and daily scrum huddles to ensure team alignment and mitigate any risks or blockers
• Proven project and programme management experience and ability to deliver results in a fast paced and energetic environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including communication, negotiation of deadlines and requirements, management of expectation, recommendations, quality of outputs etc.
Education:
• First degree level (Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent
• Desirable: MBA and/or consultancy experience
• Knowledge of the financial service industry
• Experience (certifications desired) in Change management function, practice or projects supporting business / process change
