Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement structured processes for servicing and refurbishment of key technical issues in used cars inventory.
● Design and implement training curriculum and manuals for technician and operations team training/assessment.
● Build efficient process intelligence for vehicle inspection and issue diagnostics.
● Work in cross functional teams to drive operational efficiency of technicians and operations team pan India.
● Develop technology-enabled solutions in vehicle assessment processes, including IOTs
● Program manage identified strategic initiatives end to end from inception to implementation and should have working in Testing and validation.
Requirements
Experience- 2 to 8 years
Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
- Only Automobile company is preferred.
- Should have the exposure in vehicle systems including brakes, steering & suspension, engine block, transmission system, electricals and accessories among others.
- Should have exposure in Testing and validation and in Design and Development.
