Job Description

Centrally consolidate and manage the HRSS operational change portfolio - Design, develop,
implement and manage change deliverables Set and embed Process Standards across all
aspects of any change programmes and project lifecycles, including measure, review, and
improve our standards to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications,
leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and enduser training. Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within HRSS.
• Managing the transition of change in the business. Working with operational managers to
embed changes within the business. Identifying what changes in processes, procedures and
practices are needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits. Meeting with the
team to identify potential problems areas and ensuring that managers have the necessary
information to communicate changes and their impact to staff.
• Management Information & Reporting. Measurement and monitoring of business Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) for BAU operations and change. Identifying the impact on
KPIs of change and what this will mean for BAU. Assessing management information
reports, identifying risks and issues and briefing senior managers on any major implications.
Giving a view on whether a product is fit for purpose and can be implemented within the
business. Recommending whether to proceed or stop with transition.
• Design, Deliver and Oversee all reporting requirements for HRSS. Implement improved
ways of data capture, data quality, reporting and MI structure across the team. Provide
quality data for the management to enable informed decision making.
• Oversee the BCP plans and preparedness for global HRSS team centrally to ensure
• Responsible for leading the HRSS oversight forum and constantly review attendees and
objectives for the forum. Oversee all risk events and Action items within HRSS to ensure
timely escalation and quality closures.
• Closely monitor and provide regular updates and reporting on functional goals, 1000 day
deliverables, Your Voice Action plans and wider transformational activities in collaboration
with HRSS leads.
• Support with ongoing and adhoc business updates and comms to foster collaboration,
transparency and engagement within global HRSS team including cross-functional initiatives
within CPO.
• Collaboration with HRSS leads to adopt and drive the necessary changes to ways of
working and our internal processes to present a single front for stakeholders and various
initiatives.
• Motivate and lead the team, creating a common vision for the delivery of the HRSS
Operational change team.
• Provide line management support to the Team through regular 121 meetings, round table
discussions, and appraisals, along with effective coaching and direction, to ensure that
process improvements are successfully articulated, agreed, embedded and where
appropriate, reviewed. Undertake the full performance management, including the
professional development, of staff within the HRSS Operational Change Team.

Requirements

• Individual needs to be a self-starter have a strong knowledge and experience of operational
change and reporting to be able to create solutions to address our business realities
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and create a strong customer centric culture within
an HR Shared Services teams
• Manager with good influencing skills and the ability to prioritise business requirements
appropriately through a collaborative partnership approach
• Experience of building strong collaborative working relationships and confidence to dive
into variety of new subjects while displaying ability to learn and deliver quickly
• Relationship management skills working with partner/service providers internally and
externally
• Proven experience of leading, managing and motivating a successful team
• Ability to manage business demands and to balance team and business needs
appropriately, setting clear expectations for both
• Experience of performance management, coaching and mentoring managers and team
members
• Proven experience of advising and supporting internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of working as part of a project team and managing project workstreams
