Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Managing the planning and execution of OT projects as part of the company global rollout programme, defining milestones and detailed task planning, including dependencies and resourcing.
2. Defining, monitoring, and adapting project planning, aligned with evolving circumstances.
3. Organizing project team meetings, determining the frequency and participants to ensure effective communication and management of each project.
4. Organizing local project steering committees, ensuring adequate representation from local management and IT, preparing meeting slides, documenting, and following up on meeting actions.
5. Control of project budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and where required managing negotiations with vendors.
6.Identification of projects issue and risks, ensuring adequate transparency, reporting and mitigation planning.
7. Crisis management and escalation of incidents to the appropriate managerial bodies.
8. Ensuring the quality, completeness, and performance of OT solutions versus site requirements whilst adhering to global standards.
Requirements
- Should have knowledge of the Aveva, including experience with Wonderware and IoT technologies.
Experience- 10+ years
