Job Description

The Tech L&D Associate will be responsible for the functional and technical analysis, customization and support of the Cornerstone LMS to support Tech L&D strategy. This role will have accountability for ensuring effective requirements identification, planning, integration, design, and testing. This will require constant collaboration with CSOD support teams, learning teams, technology teams and vendor partners. The analyst will maintain a focus of user-centric design, responsive end-user support, and day to day management of the LMS. This role must have a high degree of technical expertise, collaboration, and a strong client service orientation. Project management skills and basic understanding of adult learning principles are essential to this role. In addition, this role will also be expected to facilitate the execution of programs including bootcamps.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
• Ability to engage the learning community through continuous improvement opportunities
• Expertise on Cornerstone and being aware of the new functionalities that can be leveraged to make learning offerings better including playing lists, curriculums, feedback analysis
• Training & coaching new admins with in Tech L&D group
• Ensuring accuracy and recency of L&D data all the time and updating the dashboard timely
• Sound knowledge of reporting L&D data through L&D Dashboard and look for ways to enhance it
• Enable communication and execution through effective project and change management
• Ensure compliance with process, technology and data requirements according to system governance
• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting issues, responding to client inquiries and system maintenance
• Manage LMS releases
• Participate in the process of understanding Training needs through different ways including surveys, joining tech forums and roll out monthly calendars
• Facilitate training sessions and ensuring logistical support
• Communicating with vendors and managing vendor repository

Experience and Qualifications Required

• Knowledge of LMS (in particular Cornerstone) is a must
• Ability to understand learning solutions and leverage the system accordingly for an effective learner experience
• Ability to investigate, analyse and solve complex problems/issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive towards deadlines, work closely with CSOD support team and Tech teams
• Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in technology management including user administration, multi-system integrations, data requirements, system configuration, system testing, and issue resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills and experience with dashboards, MI, analytics - will be an added advantage
• Previous learning and development experience will be preferred.
