Job Description

This person:

• Must have good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) architectures and business processes and delivering large scale global implementations.
• Must have designed/delivered large scale end-to-end Global MDM engagements including Business Data and Integration with various systems like SAP, EDW etc.,
• Must have strong / hands-on experience with any one toll MDM configurations - Data modeling & Data Mappings, Data validation , Match and Merge rules , writing and customizing user exits , customizing/configuring Business process applications
• Understanding of SOA, Data integration, Data Quality, data architecture and Master Data Management, project life cycle Phases, best practices and processes
• Must have participated in and led the requirement gathering /solution architecture for MDM initiatives
• Experience in integrating external business application with MDM using Batch process, SIF and message queues a significant advantage
• Experience in integrating data quality and data governance tools e.g. Trillium, IDQ, Collibra and EDC/Axon etc.,
• Ability to build the MDM competency by providing internal trainings within the Organization
• Strong experience in Portfolio Management, GTM, Presales, Account P&L/Financials and has ability to front end CxO level conversation to drive large deals.
• Strong in Delivery Operations (Forecasting, demand planning, pyramid optimization, industrialization/automation/asset harvesting) and People Management (career/succession planning, performance management, compensation, attrition management, reskilling)
• Excellent People and team player who motivates and engages with the team well to drive people programs.

Requirements

- 15-20+ years of IT experience with at least 15 years of delivery and leading experience in end- to- end Master Data & Enterprise Data Management practice / programs.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
